I help companies convey information cleverly and concisely by using language that makes sense.
At Google, where I worked full-time from 2014 to 2019, I was a U.S. editorial lead in charge of copy and curation across the company’s audio products (YouTube Music, Google Play, etc), and I helped launch the company’s first-ever podcast service.
I’ve also worked closely with small startups and established tech businesses to help them hone the language they use on their websites, in email marketing, within their founder bios, and on their social media.
As part of this work, I’ve also done unconventional, journalistically-minded brand strategy research for companies trying to identify trends and understand demographics. Through first-hand interviews, surveys, and deep reading, I’ve helped small brands and major companies better understand what audiences are interested in.
My clients have included: Google Play Music, YouTube, MasterClass, STUDS, Spotify, The Wing, Isla Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Q&A/Venice, and more.
